Fla refines tactical form in Gávea

By From the team at Flamengo's official website - inCoach Rogério Lourenço led a tactical training session on Thursday morning (05.08) in Gávea. On one side of the pitch, the starters worked on creating plays, with the ball coming from midfield and aiming to score goals. Defenders Ronaldo Angelim and Jean made up the reserve team to try to prevent the team without vests from scoring.
The starting lineup consisted of Leonardo Moura, Fernando, Willians, Kleberson, Petkovic, Juan, Cristian Borja, and Val Baiano. On the other side, the starting central defense of Jean and Ronaldo Angelim, along with goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba, had to contain the attacks alongside Rômulo, Antônio, Galhardo, Rodrigo Alvim, Vinícius Pacheco, and Michael.
The coach stopped the game several times to give instructions and also made some changes to the starting lineup. Vinícius Pacheco, for example, was tested in place of Cristian Borja, while Antônio filled in for Fernando.
On the other half of the field, Toró, Saba, Thiago Sales, Everton Silva, Fabrício, Renato Abreu, Diego Maurício, David, Toró, and Welinton performed technical work on aerial balls, under the supervision of Marcelo Buarque, Toninho Oliveira, and Diogo Linhares. Paulo Victor, Vinícius, and Diego Lima took turns in goal. Leandro Amaral, Correa, and Maldonado completed a gym session.
