Coach Rogério Lourenço will have key players back in the Flamengo squad starting this Thursday at Gávea Stadium. Therefore, in next Saturday's training match against Olaria, the Flamengo team is expected to be a little different from the one that faced Desportivo Brasil and Ituano in Itu. Midfielders Kleberson and Fierro, who were at the World Cup, as well as Maldonado, Willians, and Michael, who were injured, could be included in the match.
"Against Olaria, Kleberson and Fierro will be back. Willians, Michael and perhaps Maldonado will probably be back," Rogério recalled.
The coach, however, may be missing one player: youngster Antônio, who felt thigh pain against Ituano. A starter since the start of the World Cup preseason, the player is expected to miss the match.
"Antônio, based on what has been said, is unlikely. I must already have a better idea. Let's wait until Thursday so we can have a team closer to the one that will play against Botafogo," he added.
