Flamengo was crowned Rio de Janeiro champion in the children's and youth categories today after drawing with Vasco in the finals.

Playing at Vasco Barra, the Children's team drew 2-2 in normal time and won on penalties 7-6.

At the same venue, Juvenil drew 2-2 and, as they had the advantage of the draw as they had won the first match 3-1, they became three-time champions in 2007.

The juniors will play the OPG semifinal against Fluminense at 15 pm in Gávea.
