FERJ\ Att.: Mr. Rubens Lopes – President\

Dear Sir,

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo is unable to manage the logistical operations for the match scheduled for next Saturday against América FC, due to the change of venue by FERJ.

As a rule, the home team is responsible for organizing the game.

Exceptionally, the Arbitration Council of the 2008 Carioca Championship agreed that Flamengo, Fluminense, Botafogo and Vasco would be responsible for the operation of the games against the other teams, even when they did not have home field advantage, as these games would take place in their stadiums, in the case of Flamengo, the Maracanã.

Therefore, as FERJ determined that the game should be held at the João Havelange Olympic Stadium and América FC is the home team, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo is not in a position to assume such responsibilities and requests the necessary measures.

Best Regards,

Marcio Baroukel de Souza Braga\ President\
