Fla does collective training in the rain in Gávea
Rogério leads the final training session before traveling to Goiânia and tests Correa among the starters
By From the team at Flamengo's official website - inIn the last training session before leaving for Goiânia, this Friday (July 16.07), coach Rogério Lourenço led a training session at Gávea and made few changes to the starting lineup. Correa, released to face Atlético-GO, took Rômulo's place, and Camacho trained in place of Petkovic, who felt unwell and ended up not participating in the activity with his teammates. Despite this, he travels to Goiás and should not be a problem for the match.
Thus, the starting lineup consisted of Marcelo Lomba, Leonardo Moura, Welinton, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Correa, Willians, Kleberson, and Camacho; Vinícius Pacheco and Diego Maurício. The reserves entered the field with Paulo Victor, Everton Silva, Fabrício, Jean, and Rodrigo Alvim; Rômulo, Lenon, Michael, and Marquinhos; Paulo Sérgio and Cristian Borja. In the second half, Rogério tested Paulo Sérgio in place of Diego Maurício in attack.
Before the training session, the coach conducted a technical and tactical drill: he reduced the size of the field and removed the goalkeepers to perform the traditional "two-touch" technique. The idea was to work on passing and team movement in a reduced space. The rest of the squad worked on finishing on one side of the pitch.
The red-black team travels to Goiás at 23 pm (Brasília time) and should land at 1 am. On Saturday (17.07), the team trains in the afternoon in the capital of Goiás.
