After the friendly against Desportivo Brasil, held last Sunday (04.07), the Flamengo team did some regenerative work this Monday (05.07) at the Spa Sports Resort, in Itu. The red-blacks did activities in the gym and in the pool at the training center. Next Wednesday (07.07), the last day of the Gávea team in the interior of São Paulo, the team will play another training match, against Ituano, and next Saturday (10.07), they should face Olaria, in Rio de Janeiro.

Until then, coach Rogério Lourenço will continue to monitor his squad. Kleberson and Fierro will be back in the squad and may be fit to play. The same applies to Correa, who was recently signed, and Michael, who is recovering from an injury.

"I'll see how everyone is doing. Correa will already be training with the group, Michael may also return to training... Maybe I'll try a three-man defensive midfielder formation against Ituano to give the full-backs more freedom. We're having trouble setting up attacking plays in the middle. And we can't compromise on the quality of Léo Moura and Juan," he explained.
