While Ronaldinho and Thiago Neves were disembarking, the rest of the Flamengo squad was already training at the SM Sports training center. When the new Flamengo signings arrived, the group was doing tactical work – the second of the season. Thiago and Ronaldo quickly changed clothes, went to the gym, and then ran laps around the fields.
Meanwhile, in the training session led by Vanderlei Luxemburgo, there were changes in the starting lineup. Wanderley and Vander were replaced by Fierro and Bottinelli.
