Fla-Flu ends in a draw and the red-black team is eliminated

Flamengo drew 1-1 with Fluminense this Wednesday at Maracanã, eliminating them from the Copa Sudamericana. Roni opened the scoring with a penalty in the first half, and Denis Marques equalized in the second. Flamengo returns to action next Saturday against Santo André at Maracanã in the Brazilian Championship.

The game started lively, with both teams creating good scoring chances. The first good opportunity fell to Fluminense, with Luiz Alberto heading dangerously. Four minutes in, Emerson burst into the box and crossed. Rafael got ahead of Denis Marques and saved Fluminense.
