The Flamengo delegation landed at around 13:30 p.m. local time (15:30 p.m. Brasília time) in the high-altitude city of Cuzco, Peru. The red-and-black team faces Cienciano tonight at Garcilaso de la Veja Stadium in a decisive match for the Copa Libertadores.

As in Lima, the Flamengo squad was met with protests from Cienciano fans, but no incidents occurred. Shortly after landing, the delegation headed to the hotel.

The temperature in Cusco City hovers around 20°C, and players have yet to feel any effects from the 3.400m altitude.
