After three rounds, Flamengo remains undefeated in the Brasileirão. They've played two games at home, one away, and so far have earned five points. And in the fourth round of the competition, Flamengo will not have home advantage, but will play at home, in the Maracanã, thanks to the derby against Fluminense (Wednesday – May 26.05th).

Prepared for another big battle, Rogério believes that Flamengo can continue to have a good campaign in the Brasileirão, especially until the World Cup break, in four rounds.

"I can't think any differently. It's clear that it will be a very complicated and balanced match. That old saying that there are no favorites in a derby is always true. We'll wait to see the physical condition of all our players before deciding on a team. However, regardless of that, I have full confidence in the group," said the coach.

Regarding the team's future, which may include some reinforcements after the World Cup, Rogério also expressed confidence in the work of the board.

"It has already been said that the priority is to renew the contracts of the players who are here. And that really is the focus. But that doesn't mean we aren't making moves, working to sign reinforcements. We do have names, yes, but we don't need to go around talking about them. Things will happen naturally, and it's important to tell the fans that we, the coaching staff and management, are aware of the deficiencies and are working hard to overcome them," the coach concluded.
