Flamengo continued its preparations for its Campeonato Carioca debut this afternoon at CT Ninho do Urubu in Vargem Grande. After a grueling morning workout on Barra da Tijuca beach, the players returned to technical training, with a two-touch session led by Cuca, which lasted about 50 minutes.

Zé Roberto and Fabrício did not participate in training and only walked laps around the pitch.

Flamengo returns to work tomorrow at 16pm in Gávea.
