Flamengo returned to Gávea this Friday morning for their final training session before facing Macaé tomorrow at 18:15 p.m. in Volta Redonda. The match is part of the fifth round of the Guanabara Cup. With four wins in four games, Flamengo leads Group B with 12 points.

In today's training session, coach Cuca placed a strong emphasis on the team's tactics. In the intense heat, the starting lineup worked extensively on ball handling and movement. The main lineup consisted of: Bruno; Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Egidio (Everton); Airton, Willians, Ibson, and Marcelinho Paraíba; Zé Roberto and Obina.

The only change to the starting lineup was Everton's entry in place of Egidio. The two players are competing for the spot vacated by Juan, who is again ruled out of the match due to pain in his right leg.
