By Flamengo Archive - inFlamengo's squad returned to training on Wednesday afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. Coach Andrade led a training session for the entire Flamengo squad ahead of Sunday's match against Atlético-PR in Curitiba.
The players were divided into three teams, which faced each other on a reduced-size field. The objective of the activity was to practice ball handling, movement, and marking. Serbian Petkovic, who was spared from recent training sessions due to muscle pain, trained normally and is confirmed for the next challenge in the Brazilian Championship.
Juan, who is recovering from knee surgery, walked laps around the field. There's no timetable for the full-back's return to the field yet. Toró, who fractured the fifth metatarsal in his right foot, is expected to return in three weeks.
