Fla trains the technical part at CT
Cuca prepares the team for Sunday's Fla-Flu, in the Brazilian Championship.
By Flamengo Archive - inFlamengo's squad returned to training on Wednesday afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. The team is preparing for the derby against Fluminense on Sunday, a matchup valid for the seventh round of the Brazilian Championship.
Coach Cuca divided the squad into three teams, which faced each other on a reduced field. The standouts were midfielders Erick Flores, Ibson, Camacho, Fierro, and Alex Cruz, and forward Aleilson.
Midfielder Zé Roberto only did weight training. Ronaldo Angelim was cleared to travel to Juazeiro, Ceará, and will report back tomorrow.
In the morning, Adriano trained physically on Barra da Tijuca beach. For 42 minutes, the Emperor worked on speed and power.
