After a morning physical training session, Flamengo's players returned to training in the afternoon. Coach Caio Júnior conducted a technical session with the Flamengo squad.

In the first 30 minutes of training, Caio Júnior divided the players into three teams, whose objective was to move and exchange passes. Immediately afterward, the players practiced finishing and crossing.
