No mystery, Flamengo has already lined up for the most important match of the year. Coach Rogério Lourenço trained the team this Tuesday at Ninho do Urubu, without any changes, repeating the lineup that drew with Vitória last weekend in the Brazilian Championship.

The coach led a competitive group game, with the starting lineup consisting of Bruno, Leonardo Moura, David, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Toró, Willians, Kleberson, and Michael; Vagner Love and Adriano. Beforehand, training was conducted on a reduced-size field, and some players also practiced penalty kicks. There was no shortage of enthusiasm, and the coach believes the team is ready for Thursday's game.

"We have to be calm to play, but I'm sure the team is very eager. We trained well, we practiced the game situations and the team is ready," he said.

Rogério also tested variations in the team, making it more offensive at certain moments of the activity, playing only with Willians as a defensive midfielder.

"It was a test. Sometimes things happen in the game, and we have to be prepared for anything. I'm picking a team that I consider ideal, but we can make changes during the match. It's important to test these variations," he said.

This Wednesday, Flamengo will depart for Santiago at 12 p.m. from Rio de Janeiro International Airport. The delegation is expected to arrive in Chile around 16 p.m. (Brasília time) and will conduct a training session that evening to familiarize themselves with the Santa Laura stadium pitch.
