After a strenuous morning workout, the Flamengo squad returned to training this afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. Flamengo is preparing for Saturday's derby against Vasco da Gama at the Maracanã stadium.

The new addition to the training was Ronaldo Fenômeno. The player participated with the main group in a technical activity on a reduced-size field. Caio Júnior divided the squad into two teams, and Ronaldo was one of the standout performers.

The player, who has not played since February 13, celebrated his presence at the activity.

"I can't reinforce the team yet, but I'm happy to have participated in training, as if I were preparing for a game, and as if I were a real active athlete. I still have a long way to go; I need to recover 20 to 30% of my full strength. On the field, for example, I'm still finding my way around the spaces."
