Another Chilean in the area! Flamengo officially announced, on Friday afternoon (29), the signing of midfielder Erick Pulgar. The 28-year-old player signed a contract with Mengão until December 2025 and arrives to reinforce the red-black team in the Brazilian Championship and Libertadores.

Pulgar's last club was Galatasaray-Turkey, on loan from Fiorentina-ITA. Good at set pieces, the midfielder has excellent technical skills and can also play as a playmaker. He was part of the Chilean national team that won the 2016 Copa América and reached the semifinals of the competition in 2019.
