After debuting with a victory over Santos, Flamengo traveled to Porto Alegre and secured a draw against Grêmio this Sunday at the Olympic Stadium. Bruno was the standout performer for the red-and-black team, which sits third in the Brazilian Championship with four points. In the next round, Flamengo faces Internacional on Saturday at 18:10 pm at the Maracanã stadium.

The Gávea team took the field in a 4-4-2 formation, with Toró among the starters. Playing forward, Flamengo threatened after just four minutes. Juan burst into the box, but instead of shooting, he preferred to pass to Tardelli, who couldn't finish. Grêmio responded in the 15th minute, with Perea unleashing a powerful shot from the edge of the box.

Playing on the counterattack, Flamengo consistently exploited the speed of Tardelli, Marcinho, Juan, and Léo Moura. On one of these runs, Diego Tardelli nearly opened the scoring after a beautiful play by Marcinho. Soon after, Paulo Sérgio lifted the ball into the box, Soares headed it, and Bruno saved Flamengo's goal.

In the 28th minute, Juan took a shot from the edge of the box, scaring Victor. In the Gaucho team's best chance of the first half, Perea received the ball in the penalty area, spun on Fábio Luciano, and fired a powerful shot, forcing Bruno to make a stunning save.

The second half began with Grêmio pressing. Roger took a corner, Perea rose above the defense and hit the crossbar. In the sixth minute, Hélder burst into the box from the left and fired a dangerous shot.

In the 10th minute, Léo Moura made a good play down the right wing and crossed to Marcinho, who, one-on-one with Victor, missed a good chance to open the scoring. Grêmio came close again with Soares, shooting with precision.

In the 20th minute, Leo exchanged passes with Perea and sent a rocket against the post. Always attacking down the flanks, the Gávea team created another good chance through Léo Moura. The full-back provided a good pass to Ibson, who threatened with a shot from outside the box. In the 33rd minute, Cristian took a free kick and nearly caught Victor off guard.

In the end, Grêmio had two more chances to score, with Rodrigo Mendes, at 44, and Eduardo Costa, at 48, but Bruno, on an inspired afternoon, secured a point for the Flamengo team.
