With the victory, the "Mais Querido" (Flamengo's Favorite Team) moved up to sixth place with 53 points. Goals were scored by Mancuello, Diego, and Felipe Vizeu in the first half.
For the Brazilian Championship, Mais Querido returns to the field against Santos, next Sunday (26), against Santos, at Ilha do Urubu. But before that, the team faces Junior Barranquilla, Thursday (23), at Maracanã, in the first match of the semifinal of the Copa Conmebol Sudamericana.
