After unanimous approval by the Deliberative Council, Flamengo signed the renewal of the sponsorship contract with Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) this Wednesday (04), in Brasília. In addition to Flamengo's president, Eduardo Bandeira de Mello, Nelson Antonio de Souza, president of CAIXA, Gerson Bordignon, interim Executive Director of Marketing at CAIXA, Luiz Roberto Caires, National Relationship Manager at CAIXA and Federal Deputy Otavio Leite (PSDB-RJ) were present at the ceremony.

The new agreement is valid until December 31, 2018 and provides, among other benefits, the presence of the federal bank brand "CAIXA" on the game shirt and the "X" on the football shorts.
