From Sergipe to Paraíba! Flamengo continues its tour of the Northeast and landed on Monday night (14) in Campina Grande-PB for the match against Madureira. The match, valid for the second round of the Campeonato Carioca, takes place next Thursday (16), at 18:30 pm, at the O Amigão stadium. 

Commanded by Cléber dos Santos, the red-black team will train at CT Serra Branca this Tuesday (14). The Most Beloved will be looking for their first victory in the competition, having lost to Boavista, 2-1, last Sunday (12). Carlinhos was the author of the red-black goal at the Batistão stadium, in Aracaju-SE.

It's worth noting that the Gávea club is playing the first rounds of the Cariocão with a team comprised primarily of U-20 players. This is because the main squad is in the United States for preseason training until January 19th.
