Following the arrivals of Fernando, Vagner Love, and Michael, Flamengo confirms another reinforcement for the football team. It's left-back Rodrigo Alvim. The 26-year-old arrives at Gávea on a three-year contract.
Born on November 23, 1983, in Porto Alegre, Rodrigo Oliveira da Silva Alvim began his career in 2003 with Caxias do Sul. He later played for Grêmio and Paraná Clube. In 2006, he transferred to Belenenses in Portugal, from where he left to play for Wolfsburg in Germany. The player secured his release from the German club. With the agreement, Flamengo now holds 20% of the player's economic rights.
