During training this Tuesday (16/10), Vice-president of football Kléber Leite released a video to the press containing several errors made by referee Alício Pena Jr. in Flamengo games.

The video highlights the matches against Figueirense and Paraná. In the first match, the referee had complete influence on the 4-0 result for the Florianópolis team. The referee awarded a penalty and a non-existent foul that resulted in goals. In addition to errors against the referee, the referee sent off Souza and failed to award a clear penalty on Ronaldo Angelim.

Despite a 1-0 victory in the last Brasileirão match, the referee made another scandalous error, awarding another nonexistent penalty. Kléber Leite promised to send the video to the CBF.

"This referee has been very detrimental to Flamengo. We are requesting that he never referee our games again, through an official letter. He has been dishonest and appears to be acting with malicious intent."

The vice president once again demanded punishment for referee Alício Pena Jr.

- "The court is punishing athletes through images. So, let it punish the referees for the mistakes they make."

In the penalty kick against Paraná, the referee also punished athletes Fábio Luciano and Léo Medeiros with yellow cards, leaving them out of the game against Vasco.
