Mengão was the only winner at the Bola de Prata and the 2019 Brasileirão Awards, held yesterday. The first, in the afternoon, in São Paulo, and the second, in the evening, in Rio de Janeiro.

In the Bola de Prata selection, seven Mengão players were chosen (Diego Alves, Rafinha, Willian Arão, Gerson, De Arrascaeta, Bruno Henrique and Gabigol) and coach Jorge Jesus. Gabigol also won the Golden Ball (best of the season) and the Golden Boot (top scorer). And De Arrascaeta won the award for most beautiful goal.

In the Brasileirão Award selection, nine Mengão players were chosen (Rafinha, Rodrigo Caio, Pablo Marí, Filipe Luís, Gerson, Everton Ribeiro, De Arrascaeta, Bruno Henrique and Gabigol) and coach Jorge Jesus. Bruno Henrique was also named the championship's best player, Everton the Fans' Best Player, De Arrascaeta won the award for the most beautiful goal, and Gabigol won for being the top scorer. In the women's category, striker Larissa received the award for being the Fans' Player of the Year in the 2019 Brasileirão.

After the awards ceremony, the red-and-black squad took to the stage to receive the HEPTACAMPEONATO trophy!
