Flamengo and Botafogo draw 2-2

In a thrilling derby, Flamengo and Botafogo drew 2-2 this Sunday at Maracanã. Flamengo's attack was on point once again, with Emerson and Adriano scoring for Flamengo. Alessandro and Renato scored for Botafogo. The result kept the team from Gávea in tenth place in the Brazilian Championship. In the next round, Flamengo faces Barueri in Rio de Janeiro.

The forward received the ball at the edge of the penalty area, dribbled past Alessandro and Lucio Flávio, and fired into Castillo's top corner: 2-2 at the Maracanã.
