Flamengo and Madureira duel for the Rio Cup

Buoyed by a promising start in the Conmebol Libertadores and well in the overall standings of the Campeonato Carioca, Flamengo faces Madureira on Tuesday night (19). The clash will be valid for the fifth round of the Taça Rio and the ball will roll at Maracanã from 20:30 pm.

If he takes the field on Tuesday night, full-back Pará will complete 200 appearances for the Manto Sagrado. The day before the match, the number 21 gave a press conference at Ninho do Urubu and spoke about his impressive achievement for the Red-Blacks.
