On one side, a team that has never, in nine games, lost at Engenhão. On the other, the team with the best away record in the 2010 Brazilian Championship. Flamengo and Palmeiras will face off this Saturday (25.09), in Rio de Janeiro, in a duel of positive retrospectives and only one will come out of this match with the statistics in their favor.
\ For Flamengo to be victorious, supporter Renato asks for a lot of \ attention from the green and white team, whose main characteristic is \ speed in counterattacks.
"We have to be very careful. We know that Palmeiras is a team that is playing very well away from home, winning most of its points away from home, and we have never lost at Engenhão. It will be a good duel, for sure, but we have to make the most of our strength at home to get the result," he said.
After a strong performance away to Grêmio and a draw with Fluminense, Renato believes the time has come for the Red-Blacks to win again at Engenhão. In their tenth game at the stadium, the team from Gávea will be looking for their eighth victory.
"We were very close to winning the game against Grêmio. We played a very good match. The same against Fluminense. Of course, they weren't bad results, but we need to win again, especially at the Engenhão," he concluded.
