Santos and Flamengo played, this Wednesday (3), the meeting of two of the biggest teams in the Brazilian championship. The Mais Querido dominated and created chances, but did not change the score and the two teams ended tied at 0-0.

The Mais Querido's next commitment is against Atlético-PR, on Saturday (6), in Cariacica. Tickets are sold out and Nação Rubro-Negra will support from start to finish!

In the first minute of the game, Marcelo Cirino took advantage of a beautiful pass from Guerrero and fired a low shot, hitting the outside of the net. In the seventh minute, the number seven won a challenge and passed the ball to Pará, who delivered a perfect cross. Guerrero's header flew just wide of the crossbar. Cirino, who had been playing well, suffered an injury in the 23rd minute, forcing Zé Ricardo to substitute him. The striker was replaced by Fernandinho. Flamengo continued to outshoot their opponents and threaten the goal until the end of the first half.

In the second half, Santos grew, but the overall game changed little. Éverton managed some good low shots, but Vanderlei sent both out for a corner. Zé Ricardo changed the lineup by bringing on Mancuello and Adryan for Alan Patrick and Éverton. In the final 25 minutes, it was all Flamengo. The Mais Querido pressed, and in the 43rd minute, Mancuello nearly scored a great goal, but the ball hit the crossbar. In the final play, there was confusion in the box and several attempts by the Rubro-Negro, but Santos managed to prevent the Mais Querido's victory.
