In the 30th round of the Brasileirão, Flamengo drew 2-2 with Chapecoense on Monday night (8), Arena Condá. Matheuzinho and Michael scored the goals for the red-black team. Now, the Mais Querido will face Bahia, next Thursday (11), at Maracanã

The game
With many players missing, Flamengo started the match exchanging passes in attack, looking for space to score. Chapecoense prioritized defense and waited for the red-and-black team to fall back. In the 25th minute, Mengão opened the scoring! Matheuzinho made a beautiful individual play, entered the box, and hit a cross into the corner, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance: 1-0.

After the goal, Chapecoense reacted quickly, equalizing and turning the match around, with Kaio Nunes scoring twice: 2-1. Mengão didn't let it go and tied the game in the 40th minute. Gabigol made a beautiful pass to Michael, who cut through the defense and simply pushed the ball into the empty net: 2-2. The first half ended quite lively and with controversial refereeing decisions against Flamengo.

In the second half, Chapecoense forward Kaio Nunes committed a hard foul on the edge of the box, earning a second yellow card and being sent off. Everton Ribeiro's shot went hard into the corner, but Keiller managed to palm it away. Bruno Henrique then fed Gabigol, who fired a shot straight at the goalkeeper.

In the 43rd minute, Everton Ribeiro was sent off in another questionable incident. The red-and-black team searched for the winning goal until the end, but the match ended in a draw.

Next appointment
Rubro-Negro returns to the field next Thursday (11) to face Bahia, at 19 pm, at Maracanã, for the 31st round of the Brazilian Championship.
