Time to switch gears! After closing out the Conmebol Libertadores group stage against River Plate, Flamengo turns its attention back to the Brazilian Championship. This Saturday, Flamengo will face Atlético-MG at 21 PM at Arena Independência.

Before the final training session in preparation for the match against the Minas Gerais team, midfielder Everton Ribeiro gave a press conference at Ninho do Urubu and commented on Flamengo's upcoming games this season.

"We know that physical fitness is very important in football today, which is why we have excellent professionals at Flamengo. They help us recover as quickly as possible. Even with a demanding schedule, we will do our best to bring the victory home," said the number 7.
