Flamengo ends preparation and travels to São Paulo

The red-black team faces Palmeiras this Sunday (21), at 16 pm, at Allianz Parque

Everything is ready for another decision! Flamengo held its last training session at Ninho do Urubu, on Saturday morning (20), before the match against Palmeiras, which will be played tomorrow at 16 pm, at Allianz Parque, for the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship. In case of victory, Mengão will be six points away from the championship leader.

After training, led by Dorival Júnior, the Flamengo delegation traveled to São Paulo. For the first time, midfielder Erick Pulgar and right-back Guillermo Varela were included in the squad for the match and could make their debuts in the sacred jersey.

Flamengo, nicknamed "The Most Beloved," is on a great run this season and is unbeaten in 11 matches. In those eleven games, they scored 25 goals and conceded only two. In the first round of the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo and Palmeiras drew 0-0 at the Maracanã.
