The training began at CEP-Fla, focusing on muscle activation. The athletes then took to the field, where they completed a quick supplement to the exercises they had done at CEP. After the physical activity, tactical training began. Zé Ricardo led the players, providing constant observations and instructions. The training session was closed to the press.
Once the media were allowed in, the athletes participated in a recreational activity. The day concluded with set-piece practice, with Mancuello, Guerrero, Adryan, Diego, and Rafael Vaz taking turns taking shots. On the other half of the field, Felipe Vizeu, Rodinei, Matheus Sávio, Lucas Paquetá, and Gabriel Batista practiced crossing and shooting.
The big news of the day was Conca's presence in ball training. The Argentine participated in an open training session on the field for the first time alongside number 10 Ederson. The two exchanged passes with coaches and practiced with a small goal.
