The group warmed up physically and played with the ball on the field, with muscle activation and stretching exercises being implemented in the initial activity. This was followed by technical training on building plays on the wings and center of the field, culminating in shots on goal.

Next came tactical training. Initially, the work focused on ball movement in the attacking half, with adjustments to team positioning. Later, set pieces were introduced. The activity included corner kicks and free kicks close to the opponent's penalty area.

Flamengo will face the São Paulo team this Sunday (23), at Maracanã. The game will start at 17 pm.
