Everything is ready for another commitment! The red-black squad finished this Wednesday morning (27), at Ninho do Urubu, the preparation for the match against Grêmio, which will be held tomorrow (28), at 20 pm, at Arena do Grêmio, in a postponed game of the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship.
Coach Rogério Ceni led a technical and tactical training session on the training center's field. Striker Bruno Henrique, who served a suspension in the last match due to a third yellow card, will return to the team. Defender Rodrigo Caio and goalkeeper Diego Alves continue to recover from their injuries. After the training session, the red-and-black team will travel to Porto Alegre, the match venue.
Flamengo and Grêmio have faced each other 113 times throughout their history. Flamengo has won 36 matches, drawn 38, and lost 39. The last meeting between the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw at Maracanã Stadium in the first round of the Brasileirão.
