Flamengo ends preparations for its debut in the Carioca against Nova Iguaçu

On the afternoon of this Monday (01), the Mengão squad returned to Ninho do Urubu to finalize the work aiming at the debut in the Campeonato Carioca against Nova Iguaçu, which takes place tomorrow (02), at 21:35 pm, at Maracanã. It is worth remembering that in the first games of the State, Flamengo will take to the field an under-20 team, added to the athletes Matheuzinho, João Gomes, Natan, Rodrigo Muniz and Gabriel Batista.

Coach Maurício Souza, who will lead the team in the initial rounds, carried out technical and tactical work on the CT field. Starting Thursday (04), Pepê, Michael and Hugo Moura will be incorporated into the red-black squad. Defender Bruno Viana, recently arrived from Braga (POR), awaits his regularization at Bira to make his debut with the Manto Sagrado.
