Flamengo plays away from home and, this time, goes to Santa Catarina to meet its opponent. Rubro-Negro faces Avaí this Sunday (24.05), at 16 pm, for the 3^a round of the Brazilian Championship. The match will be played at Ressacada Stadium in Florianópolis.

History
Flamengo has faced Avaí only seven times in its history, the last time being in 2011. The "Most Beloved" team has won two of these matches and drawn three. In their first ever duel against the Santa Catarina team, in 1974, the "Meninos da Gávea" (Boys from Gávea) were already showing their skills on the field. Preparation
The Gávea team began its preparation on Tuesday (19.05) at the George Helal Training Center, after the match against Sport last Sunday (17.05). The team traveled to Santa Catarina on Friday (22.05). Check out the press conferences that Bressan, Everton e Stonecutters did during the week.
