Flamengo excludes fan member who attacked Tricolor in the last Fla-Flu match
Young man arrested this Monday (25) after anonymous complaints breached the Terms of Use of the Nação Rubro-Negra Program
By Flamengo Communication - inThe Flamengo fan who attacked a Fluminense fan around Maracanã in the last Fla-Flu match is no longer part of Nação Rubro-Negra. The young man, arrested this Monday (25), failed to comply with the Terms of Use for the club's fan membership program, available at this link.
The former member's stance is inconsistent with the values of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, which condemns the attack and deplores any such action, which tarnishes football in Rio de Janeiro—one of the few states in Brazil that still hosts classics with mixed-gender fans. The club stands by the authorities and stands in solidarity with the Tricolor fan.

12.1.2. The Flamengo Fan Member Program, NAÇÃO RUBRO-NEGRA, may terminate this term with the user at any time, at its sole discretion, without the user being entitled to any compensation or fine, including when:
(A) the user fails to comply, at any time, with the terms set out in these Terms of Use.
(D) If a user or group of users engage in any conduct considered fraudulent and/or that causes financial losses to the Program, carries out violent actions, fights or vandalism, regardless of the location where such acts occur, or, even, carries with them prohibited instruments or materials in the Stadiums where Flamengo is playing, at the sole discretion of NAÇÃO RUBRO NEGRA.
12.3. In the event of termination provided for in subitems ("A"), ("D"), ("E") and ("F") of Clause 12.1.2, including for default on the contracted plan, including the penalty for early cancellation, the Program may, at its sole discretion, not accept a new contract by the same user, without time limitation, and without such user having the right to join the Program.
