Intense work, both physical and with the ball, marked the morning training session this Tuesday (24) at Ninho do Urubu. Initially, the athletes went directly to the lawn of Field 3 to warm up, which consisted of stretching exercises and running with speed variations in a marked sector on the lawn.

Next, the ball was involved in the training session led by coach Zé Ricardo, which took place on Field 4. The session began with technical drills, in which players, divided into four groups positioned on their corresponding perimeters, performed exercises focused on accuracy and interception. The player in the defensive role remained in the center of the circle for two minutes, rotating with his teammates throughout the activity.
Next, it was time for tactical activities on a reduced-size pitch. The first part of the session focused on agility passing drills, focusing on building plays on the pitch divided into defense, midfield, and attack. Finally, there was a collective training session.
