Another day of the Flamengo preseason comes to an end at Ninho do Urubu. In the afternoon of this Sunday (15), divided into two groups, the squad carried out regenerative training. The work began at the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), with muscle recovery exercises.

Next, the group completed their first activity in the new water park at the training center's professional module. The workout, led by fitness trainer Marcelo Martorelli, focused primarily on respiratory exercises.

Rômulo underwent his first medical and physical exams as a player for the Mais Querido. Physiologist Alex Souto Maior took blood samples from the red-and-black signing to measure his CK (creatine kinase) levels, and then EXOS consultant Michael Minthorne performed the FMS assessment, which defines the athlete's functional movements.

The group will resume training on the field this Monday (15).
