Volta Redonda (RJ) - Coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo, in his first press conference as Flamengo's new coach on Tuesday (05.10), warned that the recipe for success has one ingredient, which is the main fuel for victories: work. Proof of this was the activity this Wednesday (06.10), at the Raulino de Oliveira Stadium.

On the eve of the duel with Atlético-GO, in Volta Redonda, the coach led a tactical training session, which, like the first training session he led at CT Ninho do Urubu, was stopped several times so that the coach could give instructions to the players.

Around 150 Flamengo fans showed up at the stadium to cheer on the team and their new coach. With every successful play or goal, the fans applauded and sang songs of support for the team, which had a new addition compared to the training session in Rio de Janeiro: Diogo, who had been replaced by Diego Maurício, returned to the starting lineup.

Therefore, the team was selected with Marcelo Lomba, Leonardo Moura, David, Welinton and Juan; Correa, Willians, Kleberson and Petkovic; Diogo and Deivid.
