During the warm-up on the pitch, which took place on Field 5, Colombian forward Berrío and Argentine defender Donatti worked with the ball, guided by fitness coach Roberto Oliveira. Young forward Thiago Santos also participated in specific exercises focused on physical fitness, with EXOS consultant Michael Minthorne coordinating his exercises.
Next came tactical training. Sketching out the team that will take the field in the upcoming match, Zé Ricardo adjusted the team's positioning and practiced set pieces. Later, part of the group focused on building attacking plays and finishing, while the rest of the players practiced free kicks directly at goal.
In the afternoon, the red-black delegation will travel to Recife, where they will face Sport. The match will be played this Wednesday (07), at Ilha do Retiro, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
