All set, Nation! Flamengo finished this Tuesday morning (15), at Ninho do Urubu, the preparation for the classic against Vasco, valid for the semifinals of Cariocão. The first leg takes place this Wednesday (16), at 20 pm, at Maracanã. It is worth highlighting that the Most Beloved will have the advantage of the draw for having had a better campaign in the Guanabara Cup.

Coach Paulo Sousa led a technical and tactical training session with the Flamengo players. The highlight was the participation of defender Pablo, Mengão's newest addition, who performed his first training session alongside his new teammates. Gustavo Henrique, who has recovered from injury, also trained normally.

This is the third time Flamengo and Vasco have faced each other in a Campeonato Carioca semifinal. It's worth remembering that for many years, the competition rules didn't include semifinals like this year's. The team from São Januário emerged victorious twice.

In the semifinals, the Clássico dos Milhões was repeated nine times, with Rubro-Negro winning on six occasions, compared to just three for Vasco.
