Flamengo has finalized its preparations for the match against Barcelona de Guayaquil, which will be played this Tuesday (22), at 19:15 pm, at the Monumental de Barcelona. On the eve of the match, the red-black players carried out tactical training under the command of coach Domènec Torrent at the George Capwell stadium, in Ecuador.

The club received this Monday (21) the last counter-test of the exams carried out on the squad and the result was positive for Covid-19. In total, seven athletes were diagnosed with the disease and are in isolation at the concentration, being assisted by the Mais Querido Medical Department.

With the players unavailable for the match, João Lucas, Natan, Guilherme Bala, and Rodrigo Muniz were called up and are on their way to Guayaquil to join the red-and-black delegation. The plane took off this evening from Goiânia bound for the Ecuadorian city.
