The focus now is Conmebol Libertadores! With an eye on qualifying for the next stage of the international competition, Flamengo finished its preparations for the duel against Emelec (EQU) on Tuesday afternoon (15), at Ninho do Urubu. The game against the Ecuadorians will be at Maracanã and the ball will roll on the match stage from 21:45 pm.

Maurício Barbieri maintained secrecy during the last training session before the match against Emelec and the journalists who were present at the training center were only able to watch the athletes warm up on Field 5.

Before the start of the activities, defender Juan gave a press conference in the Victorino Chermont Press Room and previewed the match against the Ecuadorian team at Maracanã.

"We have to control our anxiety, but we can't be passive. We have to have the attitude of someone who wants to win. The last few games at Maracanã have taught us lessons. We have a daily obligation to win. Keep our heads in the game, think about the game, and strive for victory," analyzed the defender.
