Flamengo thrashes Resende 4-0

Andrade asked, and the players delivered. The team showed great desire against Resende and achieved a strong result this Saturday (March 06.03) at the Raulino de Oliveira stadium in Volta Redonda: 4-0. Focused throughout the match, the red-and-black team constantly sought to score, even when they already had a significant lead. With this result, Flamengo takes the lead in Group A of the Rio Cup.
Bruno Mezenga, Léo Moura, Vinícius Pacheco, and Vagner Love scored the goals. Mezenga scored his fourth professional goal, all in Volta Redonda, while Léo Moura scored his second free kick of the year. Pacheco scored his fourth, and Vagner Love maintained his top scorer record with 10.
