Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that, starting today, Monday, July 27, 2026, a new process for registering, analyzing, and redeeming complimentary tickets for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) will be in effect. This procedure will be applied starting with the match against Vitória.

With the change, fans approved for the benefit will be able to choose between the Sala do Bem — the name adopted by Flamengo for the sensory rooms at Maracanã — and the South Sector, subject to specific redemption rules and ticket availability.

Registration and approval

Those already registered with FutebolCard should access the free passes portal using the same CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and password used previously. If the benefit is not yet active, it will be necessary to select the "Register" option, choose the "Person with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)" category, indicate the level of support, and attach the requested documentation.

Those who do not yet have an account will be directed to create one before applying for the benefit. After document review, the result will be sent by email, confirming approval or indicating the reason for rejection.

Redemption options

In the Sala do Bem (Good Deeds Room), each beneficiary will be entitled to one free ticket for themselves and one free ticket for a companion. In the Setor Sul (South Sector), the beneficiary will be entitled to one free ticket for themselves and one free ticket for a companion.

Maracanã has two sensory rooms dedicated to Flamengo, named Sala do Bem 1 and Sala do Bem 2, with a total capacity of 32 people per match.

Access to the Sala do Bem (Good Room) spaces through this process will be exclusively for individuals registered and approved under the free access program for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Participation in other free programs, in isolation, will not qualify for access to these spaces.

Rules for guardians and accompanying adults

Minors under 18 years of age: must register a legal guardian over 18 years of age. The tickets for the beneficiary and the guardian must be redeemed together in the same transaction.

Adults over 18 years of age with support level 3: must register a companion who is also over 18 years of age. Both tickets must be redeemed in the same transaction.

Adults over 18 years of age with support levels 1 or 2: may redeem only their own ticket, without the need for a companion. Other available tickets may be added later, until online sales close.

The tickets will remain linked to the beneficiary and cannot be transferred or redistributed to other users of the benefit.

Start of the new flow

The new procedure will be available starting today, July 27, 2026, and will be used for redeeming tickets for the match against Vitória.

Flamengo reinforces its commitment to the continuous improvement of accessibility processes and to an increasingly safe, clear, and welcoming experience for fans with ASD and their families.
