Flamengo returned this Monday morning (5), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparations for the duel against Central Córdoba, for the 4th round of Group C of the Libertadores. The clash takes place this Wednesday (7), at 21:30 pm, at the Único Madre de Ciudades stadium, in Argentina.

The athletes who started the match against Cruzeiro did regenerative work in the gym, while the others went to the field to carry out activities under the command of Filipe Luís. Rubro-Negro was defeated by the Minas Gerais team by 2 to 1, at Mineirão, last Sunday (4), and dropped to second place in the Brazilian Championship.

After the match, coach Filipe Luís commented on Mengão's next commitment in the Libertadores.

"First, we need to analyze today's game against Cruzeiro, see what we did well, what we did poorly, so we can correct it and build from there. Tomorrow (Monday) I'll start studying the next opponent, which should be very similar to the Maracanã game and today's game. An opponent that tries to block our exits a lot to take advantage of transitions, but starting tomorrow I'll start planning for this game."

Flamengo returns to training this Tuesday (6), and then travels to Argentina. Third place in Group C with four points, Mais Querido can reach the top of its group if it beats Córdoba by two goals and LDU stumbles against Deportivo Táchira.
