Flamengo's first activity in Mangaratiba took place on the morning of this Friday (08.01). The athletes began their preparation for 2016 at Portobello Resort, on the Costa Verde in Rio de Janeiro.

Muricy Ramalho led a training session on a reduced-size field, already using a ball. The squad was divided into two teams, with Douglas Baggio acting as the wild card. The goalkeepers took to the field before the other players for physical training. Afterwards, they performed activities in the pool.

Flamengo will continue training in Mangaratiba until January 19.01th. The Mais Querido's first match in 2016 will be against Ceará, for the Taça Asa Branca, at Castelão, in Fortaleza, on January 21.01st.
