With exercises conducted both at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA) and on the field, athletes completed their warm-ups and began training. Using only half of the field, the collective training focused on one team maintaining possession during attacking moments, with the other seeking counterattacks.
Many of the observations made by coach Zé Ricardo during the activity also focused on the defense, requiring players to remain fully focused during opposing pressure plays. The coach provided extensive guidance regarding compact lines to make it more difficult to build plays close to the box.
Next Saturday (29), Mais Querido will face Atlético-MG in a match valid for the 33rd round of the Brasileirão. The game will take place at Mineirão, with the ball rolling from 16:30 pm.
